Our areas of expertise:
1. Rotating Equipment and Pumping Systems
We perform dismantling, technical inspection, major repair, replacement of critical components (mechanical seals and bearings), commissioning of process pumps, associated motors in plants and operational fields.
Notable Achievement:
Core Process Continuity. Comprehensive recovery and successful commissioning of critical pumping systems (units P-3001, P-3005 and P-3006) in the dehydration and reprocessing plants of the Southern Zone of Anzoátegui State (Orinoco Oil Belt).
2. Mechanical Integrity and Pipeline Construction
Construction, welding, and laying of hydrocarbon (crude oil, diluent, and gas) collection and transportation lines in diameters from 4" to 16". We handle everything from surveying and earthmoving for temporary works to hydrostatic testing and the safe decommissioning of obsolete pipelines.
Notable Achievement:
+14 Kilometers of Pipelines Secured. Replacement and repair of 16" DCO lines (both aboveground and buried) between various branch stations and clusters, safeguarding the structural integrity of fluid transport in the Orinoco Oil Belt.
3. Electrical Infrastructure, Instrumentation and Automation
Specialized technical service for the diagnosis, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of electrical power assets and control systems in the field, including cathodic protection systems against corrosion.
Notable Achievement:
High voltage reconstruction. Installation of 34.5 KV overhead lines, preventive maintenance on large-scale transformers (3 MVA) and full restoration of instrumentation facilities in multiphase pumps and production wells.
4. Operational Support and General Maintenance
Coordination of heavy logistics, metalworking, and on-site support essential for the operational continuity of industrial parks. Supply and operation of heavy machinery for site preparation and clearing.
Notable Achievement:
100% Area Availability. Continuous execution of welding, oxy-fuel cutting and land leveling work, achieving the structural and operational recovery of the surface facilities for a safe working environment.
5. HVAC (Heating, Cooling and Ventilation) Systems
Maintenance engineering applied to industrial ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, focused on diagnosis, compressor repowering and control board calibration.
Notable Achievement:
Protection of Technological Assets. Repowering and commissioning of cooling units in the Main Station and clusters, guaranteeing the thermohygrometric design conditions and the required pressurization in control rooms and offices.
6. Sanitation and Environmental Management
Prompt response and implementation of contingency, mitigation and environmental restoration plans in the event of hydrocarbon pollution (containment, collection, removal and soil remediation).
Notable Achievement:
Ecological Intervention. Effective environmental sanitation in sensitive areas, achieving the recovery of water bodies and endemic vegetation in the Morichal San Antonio.
7. Engineering (Design and Evaluation)
Specialized technical consulting for the development and review of projects in their Conceptual, Basic and Detailed phases, with a multidisciplinary approach.
Notable Achievement:
Value chain optimization. Process simulation for the gas value chain and key technical assessments for engineering development at its different stages for PDVSA Gas.
